2 oz coconut rum
1 oz coffee liqueur
3 oz half and half
peppermint pieces for garnish
Rim the glass with frosting (I used store-bought frosting) so the entire rim gets well coated.
Dip frosting covered rim in peppermint pieces.
Pour coconut rum, coffee liqueur and half and half in a glass of ice and stir.
